Tryouts for the LHS Girls soccer program will begin on August 16, 2008. All players intending to tryout for the program should register HERE . In addition, all players need to complete a variety of school forms in order to tryout. All required forms can be downloaded HERE . A pre-tryout meeting will be held on August 15, 2008, on the track at Oakdale High School, from 6 pm to 7 pm, to collect all required forms and physical.  Please make sure to have all paperwork completed by then so that we can begin immediately the next morning.	2008 Tryouts for the LHS Boys soccer program will begin on August 16 (this is a change from last year) . Current practice and tryouts schedules are still tentative, and are being set by the school this year due to limitations on field space .  The information below is tentative and may change, but is prvided to let you begin to plan your August.  Dates are firm, yet times are only guidelines. August 16th:  7:30am - 10am & 4:30pm - 7pm August 18th:  7:30am - 10am & 4:30pm - 7pm August 19th:  3pm - 5:30pm   Scrimmages:  Tuesday 8/26 @ Northwest HS, 4pm                          Saturday 8/30 Playday @ North Hagerstown, all day                          Tuesday 9/2 Home vs. Clarksburg HS 5 pm	LHS Boys Summer Camp - Camp is going to be the Rob Ryerson Professional Soccer Camp this summer the week of July 30th- August 3rd. The residential camp will be held on th campus of Mt. St. Marys University in Emmitsburg. Coach Gilmore would like as many of the boys as possible to attend, but it is not mandatory to attend camp to be considered for the team in August.  Deadline for the camp is May 10. The LHS Girls soccer program will once again participate in a team camp at Frostburg State University. This is a residential camp specifically for "invited" High School teams. The camp will be held from Sunday, August 3rd, thru Thursday, August 7th. The camp fee is $475 per player. All previous LHS High School players and in-coming Freshman are strongly encouraged to attend.  Additional information regarding the camp can be found HERE.   To register for the team camp, please select HERE.   We currently have very few players that are signed up for this opportunity.  Please examine your summer schedule and sing up immediately!	Summer League - We will be playing in the Frederick County 7v7 HS Summer League. Games will be played at TJHS. We will put in at least one "Varsity Team", and depending on numbers we may put in a second team, either another "varsity" or a "JV" squad. It all depends on the how many players and which players decide to play. The cost will be determined by the number on players. The cost will be split evenly among the players on each team. The fee is $425 per team. Teams should be 12-13 players minimum.  Games will be held Mondays and Wednesdays starting June 16th.   Tuesdays and Thursdays will be used as make-up dates for rainout matches.   PLAYING DATES: JUNE 16, 18, 23, 25, 30, JULY 2, 7, 9, 14, 16 Please let Coach Gilmore know if you would like to attend by May 10th.
